• Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning without any penalty.
• If a reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may be charged.
2. Refund Policy
• For cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning, a full refund will be provided.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
3. Terms of payment
• Payment for cleaning must be paid at the time of booking.
• Payments can be made via credit card, debit card or other approved payment methods.
4. Service quality guarantee
• We strive to deliver high quality cleaning. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
5. Liability
• We are insured for the services provided. However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or loss that may occur during the cleaning process.
6. Changes to terms and conditions
• We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers and will take effect immediately after publication.
